OVERVIEW
Depot’s Spring Into Summer Challenge is a 5-week long challenge that is designed to help improve the way you eat, exercise, and approach your everyday life. Every Challenge participant will be placed on a team led by a Depot coach (your team captain). Throughout the 5 weeks, your team and your team captain will help hold you accountable as you crush your daily WODs, stick to your selected nutrition regimen, and participate in team social events over the weekend!
LOGISTICS
Each participant will start the challenge by doing a body dunk at your local Depot gym to calculate your body mass, muscle mass %, and body fat %. From there, you’ll spend 5 weeks racking up points for making it to class WODs, eating well, and coming out to social events led by your team captain. At the end of the challenge, we’ll host an Open style workout (WLA and EP competitors will be doing this at Echo Park) where you can earn points for your team.
NUTRITION
You’ll have a chance to do Paleo, Whole 30, or RP Strength. When you sign-up, please let us know which of these nutrition plans you’re interested in, and we’ll make sure to pair you with a coach/team who is doing that plan. During the challenge, all participants will be eligible for a 15% discount on Territory orders to make meal prep even easier! (The discount is valid for both new and existing Territory users.)
WINNERS & PRIZES
Your team captains will calculate your attendance at WODs and social events and assess the improvements you’ve made between your first and last body dunk results. From there, each team will have one (1) male and one (1) female winner; we will crown one (1) overall male and one (1) overall female winner for the entire competition; finally, there will be a one overall (1) team winner. There are multiple opportunities to win prizes in this competition.
IMPORTANT DATES
There are several important dates to keep in mind for this competition. In order to reap the most from the challenge, we recommend that you can confirm that you can participate in the following: your first team meeting and dunk the weekend of Sat 5/19 to Sun 5/20 (first dunk on Saturday 5/19, team meeting either Sat or Sun; your coach will coordinate this with the team), and the final workout + dunk + end-of-challenge celebration on Sat 6/23. Throughout the challenge, your own team captain will host events over the weekend; attendance at these extra events is not mandatory but you will earn extra points for attending!
COST
The cost to participate is $160. This covers both of your body dunks and access to your dedicated team and team captain for the duration of the 5-week challenge.

Saturday 6/23 - Last day! Special Workout + Final Dunk + Party at EP & SMV
Wednesday 6/27 - All Winners Announced
